JOB SUMMARY: Graduate from a 15 working day training course that sets you up for success. Learn from

both online courses and on the job training from certified RSR’s. Work with the depot leader to understand

what it takes to thrive. Help current RSRs cover routes and execute on sales event. Develop a

comprehensive understanding of Good Sales Practices. Understand and comply with all safety and

Department of Transportation regulations. Duties and responsibilities include: Provide great customer

service and grow your pre-established route system. Effectively present, discuss, and suggestively sell the

products and promotions of Schwan’s Home Service business to current and prospective customers in a way

that conveys an enthusiastic image of quality and integrity.
