 Manpower and Shaw in Calgary invite you to a Career Fair on:
Wednesday, March 20th 20135:00pm to 7:00pm

at:Shaw Building, 2400- 32nd Avenue NE, Calgary, AB
Please ensure you bring an updated resume and list of references!:Note: Doors to Career Fair open at 5:00pm; unfortunately early arrivals cannot be accommodated!
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ability to work various shifts ranging from 6am - Midnight, 7 days a week
  • Applicants must be able to commit to full time training for 5-8 weeks
  • Demonstrated customer service experience within a retail, sales, or call center environment
  • Technical knowledge and/or aptitude
  • Comfortable troubleshooting issues with customers over the phone
  • Demonstrated sales skills and abilities with the motivation to sell
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenging situations



    WITHIN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
  • Provide technical support to issues pertaining to cable / satellite, internet and home phone services
  • You will deliver exceptional customer service
  • Educate customers about Shaw products and services
  • Look for opportunities to improve our business and elevate customer experiences
  • Promote and sell the features, advantages, and benefits of Shaw products and services to our customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service levels
  • Various other duties as needed
