Wednesday, March 20th 20135:00pm to 7:00pm

at:Shaw Building, 2400- 32nd Avenue NE, Calgary, AB
Please ensure you bring an updated resume and list of references!:Note: Doors to Career Fair open at 5:00pm; unfortunately early arrivals cannot be accommodated!

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

The ability to work various shifts ranging from 6am - Midnight, 7 days a week
Applicants must be able to commit to full time training for 5-8 weeks
Demonstrated customer service experience within a retail, sales, or call center environment
Technical knowledge and/or aptitude
Comfortable troubleshooting issues with customers over the phone
Demonstrated sales skills and abilities with the motivation to sell
Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenging situations

WITHIN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Provide technical support to issues pertaining to cable / satellite, internet and home phone services
You will deliver exceptional customer service
Educate customers about Shaw products and services
Look for opportunities to improve our business and elevate customer experiences
Promote and sell the features, advantages, and benefits of Shaw products and services to our customers
Identify opportunities to improve customer service levels
Various other duties as needed
