REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS NEEDED PennDOT is in need of Real Estate Appraisers Statewide Real Estate Appraisers  perform technical appraisal work in securing legal rights-of-way or acquiring real estate for other public purposes. They appraise all types of properties: residential, commercial, agricultural and special purpose properties using the three approaches common to real estate appraisals, i.e., cost, market and income.
