NYC Affordable Housing Accepting Applications

Applications for Yomo Toro Apartments are now being accepted. This development offers 88 newly constructed affordable rentals in the East Harlem section of Manhattan. Current and eligible residents of Manhattan Community Board 11 receive preference for 50% of the units.

The deadline for this application is November 17, 2014.
