Assistant Chief Caseworker - 502315

This employee supervises 4 Pennyslvania Department of Aging Waiver Service Coordinators and 2 Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) Care Managers who develop care plans for older adults based on medical, social, psychological and functional assessments of their needs and living situations. Two of the 6 staff also investigate Protective Service reports. This supervisor guides and directs them, consulting PS supervisors as needed. Supervisory duties include assigning, reviewing and monitoring case records for completeness and adherence to established standards; evaluating staff performance; and making recommendations regarding administrative and personnel actions. This employee also oversees the Family Caregiver Support Program, including program compliance, case management and  budgetary monitoring and approval.  Full Description
