Make Yourself Stand Out From The Crowd When Job Hunting

If you've been out of the workplace for a while, you know how incredibly tough it is to hold your head up and keep looking for decent work. Everywhere you go
there's roomfuls of people who are in your same situation. It's disheartening to see a whole room filled with folks that are all gunning after the same position
as you. It's enough to roll into the fetal position on the floor and cry.

The good news is that you are going to learn some tips that will easily help you stand out from the crowd and get chosen. This will give you real choice when it
comes to choosing which job to take, and which to pass over. That way, you'll be well on your way to financial independence and prosperity.

But first, you've got to get that job. The first rule is send out as many resumes as you possible can. This is easy. Simply write up a good one, and fire it off
to every job that seems halfway decent. Forget about jobs you think you're
overqualified for, or jobs you think you are under qualified for. Doing this will do a couple things.

First of all, it will give you a lot of experience going on interviews. The more interviews you go on, the more comfortable you'll be. The more comfortable you'll be, the more confident you'll appear. For many jobs, this is enough to give you an edge over everybody else in the waiting room. Just relax, state your best
 qualities, and you'll do fine.

It can also help if you do a bit of research before each interview. If you ask a couple of intelligent questions, you'll really shine. Avoid asking questions
about vacations and benefits. This makes it sound like you're visiting the
unemployment line and asking for a handout. Employers don't want to hire people
who have a "what can you do for me" attitude. They want hard workers that are
going to add to their bottom line.

And last but not least, always dress professionally. If you want to know how to
dress, just go on a couple of interviews. Check and see how everybody else is
dressed. Dress like the best dressed person in the room, only a little better.
Remember, your job is to stand out, not blend in.

When you follow these simple steps, you'll have a lot better time landing that
fantastic job that will pay you tons of money over the years.

Where to Protect Your Money If There's A Financial Crash

If you are concerned about a financial crash and the devaluation of the dollar, there are several options to consider for protecting your money: Diversify your portfolio: It's important to diversify your investments across different asset classes, such as stocks, bonds, real estate, and commodities. This will help spread your risk and minimize the impact of any one investment on your overall portfolio. Invest in precious metals: Gold and silver have traditionally been considered safe havens during times of economic uncertainty. Investing in these metals can provide a hedge against inflation and currency devaluation. Consider foreign currencies: Investing in foreign currencies, such as the euro or yen, can provide a hedge against a falling dollar. However, this strategy carries currency risk, and it's important to carefully research and evaluate the risks and potential returns. Hold cash: Holding cash in a safe and secure location can provide peace of mind during times of ...
